Responsibilities

Leading sales enablement for a private equity acquired business with a remit to drive change across 800 sales personnel in 50 countries. Delivered key training programs with 90% completion rates of 'Licence to sell' - foundational bite size training skills, coaching programs for first line sales managers, sales hubs, coaching tools and many, many town halls to change sales culture. Rolled out Salesforce lightning to 2,000 users in one day 5/12/18 so that was a thing.
