Assists with administrative, reporting, demo code maintenance for the Executive Director of Sales Training, the Chief Sales Officer, and entire sales organization as needed. Ability to perform daily code maintenance, coordination of reports, and sales support to the internal sales division. The role reports directly to the Sales Code Enablement Specialist Team Lead and receives general direction from the Manager of Sales Code & Enablement.
Responsible for delivering under-performing sales reps intense one-on- one coaching focused on skills development and reinforcement of successful behaviors to achieve individual, team and company goals. Participate in training and coaching new hires during their ramp period. Success will be judged by the degree in which under-performing sales professionals recover, increase and sustain productivity levels following their coaching engagement. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

We are seeking a Product Marketer – Sales Enablement Specialist to take on a critical new role that will grow new business development opportunities for the outside field team and their key district customers. Responsibilities center largely on collaborating with a small product marketing team to develop, execute, optimize and assess a sales enablement program for the classroom magazine marketing team. Our ideal candidate is someone who has excellent presentation skills, is a flexible problem solver who can tackle multiple projects, has creative sensibility, and has excellent planning and organizational skills.
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who will have the opportunity to own our Sales Training and Enablement programs across all of our sales teams to support our new business and growth sales goals. This role will report to the Director of Sales Enablement & GTM Strategy. Collaborating with multiple teams in the company, you will design, implement, and lead live and recorded trainings. Looking at the sales process you will uncover gaps and create training solutions to cover them, evaluate and improve current trainings, and partner with our training team in building training paths in our LMS. This role will have long reaching impact on our time to productivity for the revenue organization and in top line revenue creation by equipping our sales and customer success teams to win in the marketplace.
