Recognized by vendor for Best Emerging Advocate Program in our first year. • Charged with implementing the technology and program infrastructure to support the launch of Commvault’s global customer advocacy program, led re-implementation of Reference View, customer reference database, integrating the platform with Salesforce CRM.
