As a Sales Enablement Specialist, I develop procedures, workflows, job aids, and provide training for Sales to better understand the sales cycle, how to manage leads and opportunities, and measure their performance. I am also the administrator for Highspot and use the platform to provide guidance to content and sales strategies.
