Maturity Assessment
In conjunction with the Sales Enablement Maturity Report, the Maturity Assessment tool was created to help professionals evaluate the maturity and development of their unique sales enablement efforts within their own organization. Using individual results alongside the insights of the Maturity Report can provide a greater understanding of which areas provide strength for the organization, and which could use improvement.
To begin, rate your organization’s effectiveness towards a number of sales enablement elements on a scale of 1 (strongly disagree) to 9 (strongly agree) by reading the statements below. Once you’ve submitted your scores, the tool will generate a personalized assessment that you can download to your desktop.
