In this role, I coordinated events for the Sales, Customer Success and Support teams, developed ways to measure remote engagement levels for just in time training and SKO’s . I’ve also designed and procured new processes for the sales org, both domestically and internationally to improve revenue collections and product shipments. I’ve also managed and developed a Sales Intern program that assists with open sales territories. Along with the creation and branding of our Sales and Customer Success Onboarding plan, where we have seen a 42% increase in ramp up time.
