Strategize and develop training program for re:work Training candidates based on re:work leadership goals and objectives. Design the instructional framework for the 23 sales topics covered in our cohort (i.e. territory planning, active listening, authenticity, sales presentation challenges). Partner with trainers and content manager to provide a high level training experience for each of our candidates. Gather quantitative and qualitative data to understand how our initiative improves outcomes and understand improvement opportunities.

Sales Quality Assurance enables our sales team to drive revenue by implementing training and content on the Wyndham's products, on our contract standards and on sales compliance. Our goal is increased sales volume that is compliant, with low churn and great customer experience. We also certify sales contracts and assist in customer onboarding. As manager for this program: I am responsible for hiring, onboarding, training and coaching new Sales Quality Assurance Team Developed and Implemented new Owner Onboarding Process cross-departmentally utilizing Microsoft Teams for communication and content management. Trained QA Managers nationally on this system at the QA Summit 2/19. Designed and implemented new Sales Compliance Training Certification Tool for Sales, Sales QA and Sales Operations Teams. Designed and implemented learning paths and certifications for product upgrades like Club Wyndham Preferred West and Hawaii. Member of the Wyndham Destinations San Francisco Senior Leadership Team
