• Assisted recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates in interview coordination of G&A and Products teams and Executive level candidates • Coordinated interviews within complex calendars while accommodating different schedules • Coordinated for the Learning & Development(L&D) team and created a L&D dashboard to track traingings throughout the year • Managed expectations, challenges with cross-functional stakeholders • Conducted greeting tours for visiting candidates and answered any questions regarding the interview process, their interview panel, and Zymergen’s company culture • Created an Internal Mobility Request Google form that routes request forms to HR for quick processing • Shadowed recruiters in all departments on preliminary phone screens and team debriefs
