Survey: Sales Enablement Analytics 2020

Being able to measure success and demonstrate impact is crucial for sales enablement to solidify its strategic value within organizations. In partnership with the Sales Enablement Society, this survey aims to gather insight into the metrics practitioners use to assess the success of sales enablement efforts, while also demonstrating the impact of that success against the business’ bottom line. The survey questions will examine metrics across three core categories:

  • Sales Performance: The key metrics that demonstrate pipeline health and the performance of revenue teams. (3-4 questions, ~1 min to complete)
  • Sales Proficiency: The onboarding, ongoing training, coaching, and talent acquisition/retention metrics that are important for success. (9-12 questions, ~5 min to complete)
  • Sales Productivity: Analytics related to sales efficiency, sales effectiveness, and buyer engagement. (5-7 questions, ~3min to complete)
